ADS HI POWER SERVICE is established as a partnership firm of two partners who are all having vast experience of 20 to 35 years on Diesel engines of various applications specially on Generator application & Earth moving equipment. We have put in place a strong service team comprising experienced professionals and technicians on various fields to address the concerns that the customers would have with respect to ownership of equipment.

Our office is located in Adyar the centre of Chennai city and branch office located in Coimbatore city from where we shall cater our services to any part of Chennai & Coimbatore city and also reach any destinations in the state of TamilNadu within 24 hours. We have number of service technicians who have been trained by the experts of the products. We will also be able to supply spares of the above model engines from ex-stock or arranged within 48 hours on case to case basis. We shall undertake the following services.

Highlights of our Service :

• Overhauling of Cummins Engines and other make engines, complete testing arrangement on no load condition for engines. We can test the engines at site on the equipment and check the performance of the engine

• Complete repair of Engines, sub-assemblies like Cylinder Heads, Accessory Drive, Turbocharger Hydraulic Governors, Lube Pumps and Water Pumps etc

• Repairing of Heat Exchangers, Radiators, Starters / Air Starters / Hydraulic Starter and carrying out calibration of Torque wrenches etc

• We possess full range of service tools, checking Instruments as prescribed in the standard quality manual.
